Maraschino Photography provides newborn, baby, maternity,family and pet photography services to clients in London and the Midlands. Maraschino Photography is the trading name of Maraschino Ltd and is owned by Kath Cherry, the only fully-qualified Master Photographer in the region specialising in newborn and maternity photography. Maraschino Photography is the Data Controller and Kath Cherry is the Data Protection Officer who is committed to the protection of the privacy of your personal information.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM YOU?
We may collect personally identifiable information about you when you register interest in our services, such as your full name, phone number, email address and your baby’s birth or due date. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by your third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. We obtain information about you when you contact us about products and services through the contact forms on our website. If you choose to purchase a product from us, your third-party payment processors will collect your payment information.
